The Aqua-Storm online store carries out exchanges and returns in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
According to the law, the customer has the right to exchange or return a product within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
Conditions for Returning or Exchanging Goods of Proper Quality
You may request a return or exchange if the product:
- has not been used and retains its original appearance;
- has no signs of use, damage, or contamination;
- is complete with all components;
- has the original packaging, labels, seals, and markings intact;
- has no damage to the product or its packaging.
Return or Exchange of Defective or Incorrect Goods
If the product:
- has a manufacturing defect;
- does not match the order (model, color, specifications, or комплектation);
- was damaged before receipt,
you are entitled to a return or exchange.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate the process:
- Contact us using any method listed in the “Contact Information” section.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our manager will guide you through the next steps.
Shipping & Refunds
- Shipping costs for returning or exchanging goods of proper quality are covered by the customer.
- In case of defective or incorrect goods, shipping costs are covered by the seller.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the product is received and inspected, and are issued to the customer’s bank account.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- damage caused by the customer;
- improper use or violation of operating instructions;
- unauthorized modifications to the product;
- use of the product for purposes other than intended.
Important Information Upon Delivery
We recommend checking the product upon receipt in the presence of the delivery service representative.
If the product is not inspected at the time of delivery, resolving disputes may be more difficult.
